A 9 oz. Certified Angus Beef sirloin cooked to order and topped with parmesan garlic butter. Served with sautéed vegetables and your choice of rice pilaf or shoestring fries. Top with bleu cheese $1.

Baked Alaskan filet lightly breaded Baked Alaskan filet lightly breaded parmesan cheese. Accompanied by sautéed vegetables and rice pilaf.
Downtown Linguine   $10
Linguine pasta with our own made-to-order alfredo sauce. Served with your choice of steak, chicken or shrimp, topped with fresh tomatoes & shredded parmesan cheese.
Halibut & Chips   $12
Alaskan halibut filets lightly breaded in our own light & crispy batter. Quick fried & served with shoestring fries and our homemade coleslaw.
Taco Plate   $10
Three flour tortillas with lettuce, salsa and cheddar cheese. Served with sour cream, guacamole, & your choice of shrimp, chicken, steak or fish.

The Mighty Steelhead of the Northwest
(oncorhynchus mykiss)
The locally native and very resilient steelhead trout is one of the most magnificent natural wonders of this world.

Born in small freshwater streams, young steelhead find their way down the Columbia or Snake Rivers to the ocean, where they spend most of their lives. Eventually, adult steelhead return to their natal waters to spawn and die. (This is referred to as the winter or summer run of steelhead.) Some steelhead actually make more than one run to the ocean. Steelhead resemble rainbow trout with fine black spots running along its often greenish back. The distinctive bright pink or red stripe on its side, that runs most of the length of its body, is usually brightest when it’s spawning or it may be chrome colored if it’s fresh from the ocean. The Northwest was once blessed with what was known as the largest runs of salmon and steelhead known to humankind.

Whether smoked, grilled, or cooked your favorite way, steelhead is a very tasty and healthy fish to consume.
