Wild Turkey 101 proof, triple sec
and our sweet and sour mix, made with fresh juices shaken and
served over rocks. |
Steelhead Perfect Manhattan $7.50
We use Bulleit Bourbon and add a splash of vermouths, both sweet and dry, to construct our perfect Manhattan. |

The Bee's Knees Manhattan $7.50
A drink you will buzzing about; we use Woodford Reserve premium bourbon and substitute Sky River Mead for sweet Vermouth. Shaken vigorously and garnished with a Zest of Orange. |
All-American Julep $6.50
We use Wild Turkey Honey Whiskey for this adaptation of Kentucky’s favorite cocktail. A dash
of simple syrup and fresh mint, then muddled and topped with a splash of soda water. |

Hot Buttered Rum $6.50
We start with ice cream, butter and a special blend of spices to make
the batter for this much loved winter beverage then add Sailor Jerry’s Spiced Rum and piping hot water to make the perfect winter classic. | Steelhead Toddy $6
Sure to take the chills away, we make this winter creation with Elijah Craig 12 Year Bourbon, honey and fresh mint with piping hot water and lemon. |

We use our scrumptious hot buttered rum batter but mix it with Kaluha Hazelnut liqueur and float whipped cream on top. A yummy twist on the classic buttered rum. |

Popular for aroma as much as for taste, this brew includes equal portions of Drambiue and Irish Mist. Joined with a large portion of very hot water to release spicy and candied scents; served
with an Earl Grey tea bag on the side. |
