Created at the Buena Vista overlooking the San Francisco Bay in 1952, the Irish Coffee became instantly renowned. We use Bushmill’s Irish Whisky with a single sugar cube and a float of fresh whipped cream. Per tradition, we don’t use a straw. The full flavors are enhanced by sipping the coffee through the cream.
